About the event
Welcome to the inaugural Groundswell Foundation Gala Ball. With your help, we aim to raise $500,000 so we can support research and programs that can bring about positive change for anyone affected by loneliness and mental ill-health.
The evening will be hosted by experienced journalist and Channel 7 news reporter Jessica Ridley and will feature guest speakers Louise Pleming, world-class tennis player and CEO of Rally4Ever, Groundswell Foundation Founder and Chairman Martin Blake, and Grant Wharington and Carl Crafoord from Team Stefan Racing (both world-class sailors with more than 60 Sydney-to-Hobart races between them). A delicious three-course dinner will be served, accompanied by award-winning wines from Saddler's Creek Winery. There will also be a silent and live auction hosted by Fred Fangi and musical entertainment to make the evening memorable and enjoyable.
